The e-Lodgement Web Portal ("e-Lodgement"), established and administered by LandTrax Tech Solutions Corp, provides its service subject to these Terms and Conditions. By accessing and using our website, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these terms.

e-Lodgement is a web-based application that allows clients to request and manage land-related services, including service ordering, secure document submission (e-Lodgement), and end-to-end transaction tracking. Use of these services may include essential communications such as service announcements and transaction status updates.
3. Enhancements and Errors
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, any new features that augment or enhance e-Lodgement are subject to these Terms and Conditions. LandTrax does not warrant uninterrupted, error-free service and is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use e-Lodgement.
4. Your Registration Obligations
You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information and to promptly update it when needed. LandTrax reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for inaccurate or incomplete information.
5. Your Password and Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. LandTrax is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized use due to shared credentials.
6. Restrictions on Use
- Do not use e-Lodgement for unlawful, illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.
- Do not attempt to damage, impair, or disrupt e-Lodgement or its availability.
- Do not distribute malware or conduct unauthorized automated data collection.
- Respect intellectual property and proprietary rights to materials on the platform.

Third-party content may be accessible via links. LandTrax is not responsible for their contents and any loss arising from access to these sites.
8. Compliance with Applicable Laws
You must comply with all applicable laws when using e-Lodgement. Unauthorized, improper, or fraudulent activities may result in claims for damages and/or criminal liability.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LandTrax shall not be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use e-Lodgement.
10. Law, Jurisdiction, and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by Philippine laws. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Quezon City, with mediation/arbitration in accordance with RA 9285 where applicable.
